All Shipping Address fields are hidden apart from phone, email, first name, last name and the shared address dropdown so they must select from this.
Added note to order confirmation email that reads "Tax and shipping included."

The following changes have been implemented in the Payment section on the Checkout page as of January 4, 2022:

If the cart only contains products with SKUs starting with "NHB-", the "Credit Card" payment method will be unavailable. Also, if the "use my account balance" has been checked, the "Continue" button will be disabled if the Account Balance is not enough.
If the cart contains products with SKUs starting with "NHB-" and other products that do not, the "Credit Card" payment method will be available.

- The "Continue" button on the Billing Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to be disabled if the user has 0 account balance, or if the "Use my account balance" toggle is turned off. This only applies if a product that has an SKU that starts with "NHB-" is in the cart. (June 7, 2023)
- The Gift Certificate payment method on the Checkout page has been updated to only appear if a product with an SKU that starts with "NHB-" is in the cart. (June 15, 2023)
- The "Account Balance" payment method has been updated to be hidden if the Cart does not have any products with SKUs starting with "NHB-". (June 28, 2023)
- The "Backordered" inventory text has been removed from the Product page. (#8442 - April 3, 2024)
